We had a fantastic stay here! The location couldn't have been better - it was close to Tahunanui beach and provided quick and easy access into the surrounding areas. The service was top-notch, with attentive housekeeping and helpful staff who went out of their way to provide us with information about the local hotspots. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a luxurious and relaxing stay. We particularly enjoyed the sitting area and dining table, as well as the patio where we could unwind and take in the beautiful surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected during our stay. we couldn't have asked for a better experience at this venue.

The Motor Lodge is located close to the main road into Nelson via Tahunanui so there was quite allot of road noise. The room I stayed in was a studio unit was a little on the small side

We chose Tuscany Gardens for the location and the reasonable rate it provided us. We were close to the beach and the city and it was not far off to go travelling to other destinations. The studio with jacuzzi was very relaxing and very clean with all the essentials, having the paper delivered was a bonus also.Sunny rooms. The staff were friendly and the rooms were nice and private.Recommend this for anybody looking for quality but not too much of a pricetag. 4 stars ****

This hotel was just what I needed for my stay. The location was perfect, close to the beach and shops. The room was clean and comfortable, with a separate bedroom and balcony. The staff was welcoming and friendly, making me feel at home. As for transportation, parking was readily available.

Kitchenware and cutlery were enough. The staff were helpful and attentive on the day when we set to take off because of the flooding. They helped us check whether the roads were open.

When we first arrived, one of the units that were allocated to us was wide-open and there was no staff at the reception. One of the units we stayed had a broken door lock for the bathroom/toilet. The kettle couldn't be opened and could only be filled based on the weight. the other unit we rent had only curtains in the shower. When someone showered the water splashed everywhere. One of the light bulbs in the bedroom was not working and the staff was helpful. but the staff came inside the room without saying hi to the rest of the people in the room and stormed in the bedroom, taking off her shoes that would had been wet because of the rain and it was a pair of jandals. we found that slightly un-polite. Before we leaving the room, I found a worm slowly moving on the carpet under the bed i used.

Located near a beach and some restaurants, this hotel is ideal for those who want to enjoy sea views. the rooms are well equipped and the staff provided useful information about hot spots. the hotel is far away from any attractions and the beach is not walkable to town.
